Whether traveling for the 4th of July or any other holiday, you will probably be sitting a lot. If you are committed to walking 10,000 steps a day and do not want to lose out due to adventures in sitting, use the following tips to move more and subsequently help your Phentermine 37.5mg efforts.

Get Some Exercise

Take Advantage Of Your Layover

Get more out of your layover by again walking around the airport. Walk in place a few times if you stop for a drink or a bite to eat, or otherwise do what you can to get as many steps in. Your body will thank you!
